I am taking a poetry class.
I have what you might call "poem anxiety", the way some folks have "math anxiety." Well, I have math anxiety too.
It's getting better, though. I think.
Anyway, I stumbled across this poem in my book today, and really liked it. Maybe y'all could post your favorites here too.

My husband gives me an A
for last night's supper,
an incomplete for my ironing,
a B plus in bed.
My son says I am average,
an average mother, but if
I put my mind to it
I could improve.
My daughter believes
in Pass/Fail and tells me
I pass. Wait 'til they learn
I'm dropping out.
