no, not really. and powder's not really a good idea on raw patches -there's nothing healing in it ans lots of irritants. try it. it works. then when it's healed, maybe go back to the powder if it helps prevent the chafing.
although I have to say, I find my eczema cream (betnovate equiv) works even better than the sudocrem
When the kids were babbies we were introduced to Sudocrem. We used to call it the magic cream. It's that good.
