I sorta/kinda feel the same. If you come in with no diagnostics and say, "I've fibromyalgia, gimme [insert favorite drug here]," it gets a bit fishy.
Well, how do you KNOW it's fibromyalgia and not something else if nothing else has been ruled out?"
"Just gimme XYZ."
Won't fly with most docs.
Although, recommending pina coladas might ease the pain.
