you'll see that there doesn't need to be any actual child pornography. A person is subject to criminal prosecution merely by "causing another to believe" that such material exists.
So, the remarks made by lumberjim are a very serious allegation, indeed, they amount to a criminal accusation. This is practically indistinguishable from what I've read about witch trials.
