I would quite like to see Wanted too. Will see what next week brings.
I still have 2 free tickets to my local independent cinema, but I don't want to use them on mainstream films - I'd rather see something there that I couldn't see elsewhere.

They've been a bit slack on foreign films recently.

Do you know what I want?
A really, really good horror. Or black comedy. Not fussed about the language - although pref English if it's comedy.

Good and short. 90 minutes is plenty (although I make an exception for Edgar Wright)
Noisy beginning - this helps me overcome other people's noise and suspend my disbelief so I can coast the rest of the film without hearing them.
Good clear dialogue or ideally subtitles (I watch all DVDs with subtitles)
Any scenes in the dark are still clear enough for me to work out what is happening.
Horror to have at least one gasp moment, and creepy enough to stay with me for days.
Comedy to have at least one belly laugh and other lines clever enough to make me grin inwardly for days.

Demanding, moi?

Tcha. I'd pay £20 to watch that film.
And buy the DVD.
And then buy it for other people (I distribute books & DVDs if I love them enough)

Anyway. As you were.
