I have two guilty pleasures:
Rosalind Pilcher (I love how everyone in her novels is drunk as a lord--OR, have 'scrubbed tables' and huge herb gardens full of potentially poisonous shite)
and Alice Hoffman--witches, magick, sex and black soap to keep your skin like a five-year olds.
What's not to like?
