I've been lookiing at all of the colon cleansing products on TV and have watched all of the wonderful, encouraging, testimonials. People lose forty pounds of nothing but body waste, full of pesticides, sometimes worms, etc.

Does anyone have any home remedy or daily routine that is for this same purpose? Some of these products are fairly expensive, although could be well worth it if they actually do what they claim to do!

Any input, advice, or ideas from anyone who has also watched these 3 a.m. Wonder Drug shows?
