I just got back from another vacation in Vietnam. Every time I go there I'm happy, and every time I come home I'm sad. I feel like a king over there. I grew up in Vegas, and even with the constant construction going on there, I've never seen as much construction as I did in Vietnam. There are so many tall buildings going up, so many cranes, etc. I can't believe it. I'm seriously considering investing there.
Anyway, my daughter (Nina) is now 9 months old. My heart was nearly broken because I missed her so much. My wife and daughter went to Vietnam 5 weeks ahead of me. I never want to be away from my daughter for that long again.
Nina has 2 teeth
and can bite really hard. She can stand up by herself. She can say mama and dada or papa and knows what they mean. She kisses us when we ask her to. She knows how to clap her hands, to wave goodbye while saying "bye", to drink from a cup, to dance, and to make funny noises I've taught her (raspberries, etc.)
I took a few photos with my iphone while there, so I'll post some.
