Hi all,
The glass factory is on Murano, one of the island that surround Venice.
I was in Venice when I proposed to the little woman. On the beach on Lido, actually. Going back there is a no brainer. It's where else to go that's still up in the air.
I think Cinque Terra will be in there, and I think I've decided to drop any side trips to Spain or Greece, but that still leaves about a week to fill.
Florence is a big contender, and if there were tours out to the Tuscan countryside I could find it might be a sure thing.
Does anyone know how cold/warm the lake district might be the first two weeks in October?
