Why is the title of this article relating to white males? The rate of suicides amongst middle-aged men rose 20 per cent. In the article it states that rates of suicide amongst middle-aged women rose 31 per cent....so why is the thrust of this thread the rise in male suicides? Surely the bigger hike is in suicides amongst middle-aged women.
