I didn't make a big deal about it, no.
In fact my family in the US just recently were told. They thought that maybe I was involved in some cult or terror plot of some kind, you know, always going off to these far off places.
Finally I told them, before I left to come here in Aug. If they had not been so paranoid, I'd probably not told them at all.
