In New York City, it is legal for women to go topless in public. Perhaps as a sign of defiance, women there could go topless for a day. This of course could have both good and unintended harmful consequences.
Speaking of Playboy, there was a Turkish edition of it for 10 or so years. Granted, Turkey is an anomaly in the Muslim world (Roman alphabet, no coverings for women, an army willing to defend the westernized principles of Ataturk, a desire to join the EU), but still, I remember finding that ironic when I heard that. (The gals I've seen from that version are pretty cute too.)
