Recipe for weight loss:
Breakfast -- 1 serving of All-Bran with as little milk as possible
Lunch -- Tuna sandwich: 1 can tuna in water, 2 slices of bread, 1 slice of american cheese, and a thin coating of Miracle Whip
Dinner -- Tuna sandwich again. You can have two if you absolutely must.
Eat like that on top of a decent exercise program. Make sure to take a multi-vitamin, at the very least.
You will be hungry. You will lose weight. Quickly.
