I'm not familiar enough with iTunes to know if you can direct it to store the library in a particular place. I bet it asks you on installation which folder you want to use. You could probably do it then.

When we added a second drive for storage, I told it to move my existing mp3 library over to the new location, plus put everything new there from now on, and it did it without a hitch. (It di keep one little file in an iTunes folder on C:, presumably redirecting to the new location.) I don't remember how I did it, but I know I looked up the procedure in the standard iTunes help index and the instructions were easy.
