The Thrasher although off to a slow start and having an under par defence, are capable of coming to form and dominating.
Hossa and Kovalchuk are the best 1-2 in the NHL IMO.

Pittsburg + Washington will dominate this weak Eastern conference for the next 3 years.

3 years ago when I said that Chris Pronger is by far, the best hockey player in the world, people laughed at me.
He took the Oilers to the stanley cup (it paid 100/1).
Then he won it with the Ducks last year.
So, they've lost Neidemayer, but they've added Schneider in his place.
Anaheim remains the best team in hockey, don't believe the hype.
The San Jose Sharks look to be their toughest opponents in the conference.
I'm sure some of you are chuckling at me listing the LA.Kings.
The truth of the matter is that this team is elite, and for years to come they will be contenders for the stanley cup.

I expect the Anaheim Ducks to win the cup again this year as they are superior to the Penguins who look most likely to be facing them in the final.
