This is not a dare- this would be my pleasure. What's the risk? I don't understand. If it is someone's favorite restaraunt all the food is probably awesome? (to them)

Hey Cloud- I dare you to scratch your behind while people are looking at it...at a coffee counter...at the copier at work. The next time you get that uncomfortable feeling and you know your butt has an audience...scratch scratch...You know (sometimes) when people are looking, even if you are faced the other direction...just give it a little scratch.
