lats: 200 x 8, 150 x 8, 100 x 8 rest 170 x 8, 120 x 8, 70x 20
crunch machine: 135 x 10, 2 sets ....it's crazy....125 isnt enough, but 135 almost killed me.
triceps: 60 lbs 2 sets of 10
leg curls 75 lbs 2 sets of 10
curls 35 lb iso curls...8 each, then 4 each.
and i was up to 280 again, goddamnit. i must be retaining water.
