Now
that's amazing. Is it maybe hidden in the handicapped stall? That's often the only place with enough wall space available. Also, is there maybe a second bathroom somewhere? I thought my grocery store didn't have one until I politely complained to customer service about it and they told me I had actually been using the employee bathrooms, the
other bathroom that I didn't know about was much larger and had a changing table in it.
