Roll your own
Macintosh.
I traded a PC built for my friend's mother for a G3-266. You can probably pick them up for cheap at this point, and just upgrade them using an upgrade processor and commodity HDs, DVDs, memory, and expansion cards. Feel the OSX/Jaguar love.
The heart of this system is an actual Apple Gigahertz board that's ususally distributed to repair shops, so it might look like this is all perfectly legal. I don't know if Apple is going to put up with this for long. They might try and point out that Jaguar can only run on Apple
branded hardware. But you can also run Yellow Dog Linux on PPC hardware, and to make it even more interesting, you can run Mac on Linux running OSX inside YDL. Then they'll drag out the DMCA and try to twist it to fit.
I hope not.
