The pay is decent... but I wish I got more hours so the actual paychecks were bigger.
95% of my coworkers are complete blathering idiots... but I only have to deal with a handful of them, and only ever in email.
The work I do is tedious and uninspired... but the flexibility to always work from home is awesome.
Overall, I definitely appreciate the gig I've got going, but only because it fits my lifestyle right now. It's all about the flexibility.
