There's also a B Complex that comes in a "liquid" form - ahh, liquid energy. I don't take it regularly, but when I do, I definetly feel a difference around 1:30 - 2:00 pm - that's when I am most tired. You can also take it atleast twice to three times a day. Also, your Iron may be low - I am border line anemic and that sometimes affects your "energy" levels as well.
