Criminal Justice

Free Speech
HIV/AIDS
Immigrants' Rights
Human Rights
Lesbian & Gay Rights
National Security
Police Practices
Prisoners' Rights
Privacy & Technology
Racial Justice
Religion and Belief
Reproductive Freedom
Rights of the Poor
Safe and Free
StandUp/Youth
Voting Rights
Women's Rights

Also, "2nd Amendment" rights might be mixed in with a lot of these issues. You can't say that the ACLU hasn't had to bring the 2nd amendment into any of the cases they argue.
