Since my 7 to 3 job is a desk job(for the most part), this is a preview of what I get paid for on my spare time.

I work along with a guy who flips houses and has been doing it before TLC made a 1/2 hour show about doing.

A little back story.....
Older man, lived by his self and could not keep up on the general housekeeping. We came across this house and the mans situation and presented an offer. The man already had a plan to sell the house in order to pay for an assisted living community. The house was in no shape to be sold on the market. It was basically an un-mortagable(sp) home.
