Tough choice:
While chopping off a man's penis is extremely satisfying, I find that I might want to use it later and it's just gone. I'm kind of shooting myself in the foot, so to speak.
However, when I chop off a man's tongue I still get the effects (gore, excessive fear) plus the added benefit that he will shut the f*** up for once in his life. I still get to use the penis once in a while, and I don't have to listen to him drone on and on and on about nothing anymore.
I'm torn.
