Depends on how inane the topic is.

A lot of the sales courses use endless bullshit jargon (the sample I gave had a little of that, but wasn't the worst by far) but some of the others, like some I did for a new home builder, are imparting actual information so they're more interesting. Usually it's a short-term memory thing--I'll follow while I read, but after I leave it all gets completely purged, and I won't even recognize the lines as I'm editing them just a couple hours later.
