The HQ is located in North Wales, off Stump Road. They have a store which is open weekdays ... I'm not sure of the schedule, but it's easy enough to get. You can utilize this in two ways ...
You can call up the 800 number, and tell them to pack your order as a "SHOWROOM ORDER". Your items will be picked, pulled, and packed by the happy staff at HC/FSU, but when you go to the place to pick it up ... voila! No shipping or handling charges.
If you want to play with all the stuff first, you can go to the showroom and shop just like it's a retail store. Pay the catalog price. Again, no shipping or handling charges, and you get to check out the quality (or lack thereof) first hand.
They also stand behind their stuff, and there aren't any problems with returns for breakage, etc. (My mom has this rolling cart thingy that kept falling apart and they keep replacing for her until she got tired of it.)
