I took 18 a couple times... in music school you end up with a lot of 1-credit courses for ensembles (orchestra, chamber music, etc.) that actually take 4 hours a week of time (plus practicing of course), so 18 was tough... most did not make it out in four years. (Well I had a big head start w/ AP credit fortunately.)
