How about commissioning a portrait? Whether phot, watercolour or oil it would be a wonderful way to mark the event. I'm guessing you want some action though - how about Vegas for the weekend? You can fly over the Grand Canyon and pretend you are wing walking
Or New York with helicopter trip?
