I understand that Mickey-D's sometimes attempts to serve specialty markets. Perhaps they are looking into a McMoose Deluxe for the Northwest and this fellow was just checking it out.
(Moose is one of the game meats I haven't tried yet, but I'd certainly like to. Maybe next year ...)
