I can't remember where from where to measure to on your body, but every time you divide the larger number by the smaller number you get the Golden Ratio... Can any one help me out here? Not sure how it applies to the foot/forearm example, though -if they're supposed to be about the same size, their ratio would be nearer to 1, surely?
