If I had a gas grill, I'd have been there.

Or a turkey fryer.

Or a tabletop roaster.

Or a sufficiently large pile of dry wood, with two "Y" shaped sticks to sling a spit across. However, it is raining and sleeting here, so that's out for the time being.
