Well, a quick Google search shows that
SafeUSMeds.com is selling that cough syrup as 120mL (4 oz) for 48.88 and free shipping. So it's almost half the price you paid, but you have to wait presumably a few days for it to arrive. This is all assuming that this website is legit, which I don't know.
