I have seen that happen live. It is not pretty.
And of course, American rallies are held in remote locations, rather than in the center of town, so good medical care is usualy pretty far away, and after you've been macked by an out of control car zooming down at dirt road in a forest at about 60 mph, what you want is
good medical care.
