Well, my point was just that they shouldn't offer online services that don't work; at the very least, don't tell me to call then tell me I have to go in to the bank. In the bank's defense, it was the check company that made me do that.
And I'm a big procrastinator about getting stuff done! That's one of my biggest faults...and why I like to do things online. I know, I suck as a human, but I have learned to love myself the way I am. not really!:p
