Over in the MP3 player thread I wrote about the Sandisk MP3 players I got the kids. Long story short: my son's stopped working right after about a day (there's no audio in the left channel) so I ordered a new one from Best Buy's web site.
They also used the UPS Mail Innovations thing! (Which I misnamed in my earlier post.)
