Axlrosen points out -- it's Boston's annual Santa Speedo Run, 2006 version, and the Boston.com gallery (reg. req'd) gives us a few to select from.

Of course the most important part of the event is the pre-run boozing.

There are more men than women in it, but there are certainly women. Real women.

And they're off.

Right through town.

Oh nooo! A whole new definition of bringing up the rear.
