I can make neither heads nor tails of this story.

Bachelor party at a strip club. Strip club happens to be crawling with cops on an undercover operation for unrelated activities at the club. Group of three men leave, get in some type of traffic accident, with an (undercover?) police vehicle. A small army of police officers, both uniformed and undercover, instantly converges on the scene and fires a barrage of 9mm fire at the vehicle, because they feared an armed altercation was imminent (?) for some reason. The driver is killed and the passengers hit multiple, multiple, multiple times, all were unarmed. Later, speculation about a "fourth (armed) man" surfaces. Is that accurate, so far?

What am I missing? These factoids don't congeal into anything that resembles making sense.
