You have to keep in mind, the display is on the West Mall, which is essentially the University's "free-speech zone." Every day there is something extreme, humorous, political, etc. out there. Some friends of mine once hosted a mock rally on those steps combining the "Abortion is Murder" and "Meat is Murder" people into the logical conclusion that "Abortion = Meat" and distributed fliers on how to properly cook a fetus.
This is a stunt, like everything else out there.
