Just the usual BS Wolf. I started going to counseling and am in the process of not smoking (pot) multiple times a day like I use to. I use to get or feel "nervous" all the time...like butterflies in my stomach ya know? But that's been getting better during the day so maybe it's just coming out at night now? Would make sense to me I guess, if that's what's going on. My counselor talked about anxiety medication. I'm not good with medication nor do I wanna be dependant on that to not feel anxious...so what are my other choices?
