You gotta kill each stage of the life cycle. In my experience, "spray" is not effective. You need to get where they live - in the carpet. Powder the carpet and vacuum throughly, repeat, repeat, repeat. Ask your doctor for some Atarax. And don't forget to put the damn flea medicine on the cats!
