I had a patient with a bad case of fleas a couple weeks ago.
Imagine having to isolate an entire psychiatric unit.
I tried to get the ambulance crew to go out for a large dog sized flea color for him, but it didn't work.
The fleas were a lot better than the rule out diagnosis, which was scabies.
