Yes - they are renovating a part of the city that used to be run down factories. Some are being converted into flats but they are also building
a new theatre. I'm quite excited by the project, but mostly because they've put coloured lights on all the lamp-posts, which made me go "oooh!" when I first saw them. Easily pleased, me.
