Fascinating stuff!!
Regarding the bottled water, someone pointed out that the bottle itself is a petroleum product.
I put a Pur filter on the kitchen tap and that pretty much answered that, until Jac pointed out that the Poland Spring sparkling water with lemon is a nice refreshing thing.
