I think we admit to ourselves that the issues protestors are addressing hit very close to home for most human beings on this planet today. I also think that many of us feel the need to join the ranks and that this is already done by majority in some way or another. For example firmly expressing your views to friends/coworkers/bought officials.. that's the low end of the specter.. once the problems become more evident/persistent (
environment getting fucked over by govs/corps., human/civil rights being slowly and steadily
dissolved, etc), then I think more of us will move on to peaceful physical protests and beyond.....
