What makes you want to turn it off? It's USB 2.0 and actually very valuable. You can use it to print without turning on your PC.
However, if you really want to turn it off, go to Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager and disable it there. Look for a HP USB root hub under Universal Serial Bus controllers
. You can right-click on it, select Properties, and disable it there.
