Chilled Peach Soup
Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
1-1/3 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsps. rum
Instructions
Puree the peaches and ginger together in a food processor or blender. Add heavy cream and rum, and blend until combined. Chill, and serve cold.
