Actually, Tennessee passed a law
taxing illegal drugs. Of course to buy the tax stamps you had to order them by mail or show up in person.
And they promised not to share the information with law enforcement.
And they refuse to sell to stamp collectors. Let me guess, a little RFID chip is embedded in each stamp.
And it appears they are using the law as an excuse to
increase property confiscation.
