I wasn't really trying to argue for the existence of God; just explain how my beliefs are rooted in more than just blind faith. And again, my point is that the following statements can
all be true:
- God exists
- God is perfect
- God created humans
- Humans are imperfect
There is nothing mutually exclusive about these statements. Humans being flawed and imperfect has nothing to do with whether God is all-powerful and perfect. I'm not trying to debate whether He
is, just that using man's imperfections as evidence doesn't make sense.
