The ones that were removed, are they gone permenantly? What causes new veins to show up? Can they do this for my freckles?

Congrats on finding a doc that actually cares for the patient, not the $$ from the appt. Working at a university with a med school (U of Iowa) I have met and worked with multiple pre med and med students. Sometimes it really scary who gets MDs. And we are supposed to be a good school.
