Oh, yes. I'm gonna do *this*--no bread, pasta, potatoes, noodles, rice. That's going to help me. Lots of low fat yogurt, cottage cheese (I don't gorge on it) veggies, fruit in it's natural state and meat/salad combos. I went to a high school production of the Music Man yesterday and was actually UNCOMFORTABLE sitting in the theatre seat. OMG. It's always worse than I think it is!
